Well there was Pop Star to Opera Star, Carmen, Covent Gardens, Mercedes Benz, History of the Big Band, Wimbledon Shopping Centre, The Panto, Sterling Castle and lots of charity events and a few TV apperances....not bad really.

I'll try some trial prints of January tomorrow on the various types of paper I've got.

 

I can't believe it's nearly a full year since I sat there with a dry mouth waiting for the fist PSTOS show to begin.

 

I noticed someone had quoted a tweet allegedly from Katherine Jenkins asking for suggestions for popstars for this year's show.

I know someone who'd make a good, fair judge.

I hope they don't get Meat Loaf back again. I think he was the producer's choice for "controversial". I just found him an irritant.

 

However, he wasn't always over the top championing a couple of contestants like IMHO LLB, who seemed to (mis)use his judge's comments to try to manipulate the public's opinion for certain singers and against their nearest rivals. IMHO he was gunning for Darius from show 2 because he had clearly come out of the starting blocks exceptionally well. D is also younger, more beautiful and more charismatic than the lovely LLB. Can't have that!

 

I've never seen judges so disappointed when it was their last chance to choose who went, and they had to choose between 2 of their favourites. How 2 of them could vote for Danny that night is beyond me.

Nothing to do with the politics of the programme at all.

But it would be good - he understands just how hard it is. And he wouldn't be trying to gain with the public by unfair put downs.
