I heard the near completed version. They'd put down the track and when I was there were re-recording all of it through a few times, to get certain parts of it better and they were also recording pieces/words to be placed over the top and underneath etc just for that overall finish.

Was it balladish or more uptempo?

Well it was written about a sad subject (Delta losing or being stripped of her identity e.g. hair, eyelashes during her time with cancer and wondering if people still loved her as much as they had before she changed/looked different) but I guess it was actually a bit more up-tempo, wasn't a ballad anyways. The writers wanted it to be really catchy and have a few certain lines which people would sing over and over in their heads.

Chances are it will get released eventually, the idea was to put it on the US album although they weren't certain or it was going to be saved for possibly a 3rd album, that was the plan anyway and they wouldn't have spent so much money getting such good writers and sending Delta off to America with them etc. if they were going to waste what they produced.

If you go to www.stevekipner.com you can see a few photos from the day, which I think I actually took...

Who wrote it, do you know? I wonder if it really is a hidden track on the US promo's...

I don't think it's on the US promos as a hidden track, the idea was to have it on the US album but it was only an idea and Im not sure it went any further than that...

The writers were - Delta Goodrem/Steve Kipner/Andrew Frampton/Wayne Wilkins.
