Acting wise, I think it would be to D's advantage to do a major TV series/serial on TV in the UK before he considers offers from either Broadway or Hollywood.

Claire's posted a youtube link to an interview Natasha did on the Craig Ferguson late late show and Natasha mentioned her own Scotsman.

Now I'm racking my brains about what name Craig Ferguson used to perform under when he was in Scotland. He looks very different now.

I've no idea. I'd always assumed that he started talking to her. Interesting that it was the other way round.

It's OK I googled him. I didn't know about the bands. I just became aware of him as "Bing Hitler" in the eighties.

He strikes me as still having a very Glaswegian humour although he's been in the States since 1994. he's right about that head thing but I've never seen any signs of it with Darius.

Yes, I always imagined that Darius would have said 'Hi' first.

It was just after he'd split from Jacqui - maybe he wasn't looking to find anyone else. That's the best time to find someone.

I just assumed that Darius would speak first because he's a Glaswegian.

"Weegies" are renowned for their friendliness. Talking to strangers at bus stops, supermarket queues, waiting at pedestrian crossings, just passing another person on a quiet street etc. is the norm.

It is for Northerners too. My husband still can't understand why I talk to strangers. Where I was brought up, it was the height of bad manners to leave anyone out.
Yes the people who live in the North of England are very friendly. I could happily live there too.
It's hard for a lot of Southerners to understand. it is much better know, more and more people will join in conversations. You still get 'looks' though at times.
Claire has now posted the youtube links to the GWTW making of videos. The artists blogs are also on youtube.

There's a bit of Mercury Rising on the Cardiff one, megham.

I think if I was to choose just one Darius song which I'd heard him sing before for his next gig, it would be Mercury Rising.
