Aww thank you Caroline you are so sweet,i have missed you alot too,so i'm so pleased you are here((big hug)) :D

I felt lost when the official site shut but then got used to .net

I'm quite happy here as we have been keeping it ticking for a while now.

We always add our photos and any info.

I still pop on to .net for the videos, etc

I'm so glad they are still available

well, I seem to be having a lot of trouble connecting, It's only taken me 1hr 45 this time.

I've always been more comfortable posting on here or sistermother's or devotees rather than on any official or pseudo-official site. I think on official sites I felt that I needed to be very careful, in case anything outspoken I said might reflect on Darius.

Latterly any posts I made here on BJ were self-censored before I posted the info on .net.

Don't get me wrong though. I love Rachel's site and always have. You can see the love and dedication which has gone into making it so great.

Good to hear from you, BT. Hope things have improved.

Thanks. I'm just getting back on track.

I got back from the Lake District very late Monday night. The train was delayed because of some kind of power problems. Yesterday was the first day I've been alone in my own home since the first week in December and my mind and body didn't seem to know what to do - I was jumping around like a cat on a hot brick unable to concentrate on anything. I did a big shop and took down the few Christmas decorations and that was about it.

Today the phone didn't seem to stop ringing but I did manage to complete a few domestic chores.

It's so good to be back here with you all. I came on and read when I could, but I just wasn't in the right frame of mind to chat, I'm afraid.

So far my PC seems to have survived the attentions of my son.

Ah, but has he removed the annoying white spaces on this site ?
Changing the resolution (as suggested by Meg) cured mine. I shall never understand the intricacies of computers.

I've just tried it again and I've only got two possible settings, neither of which gets rid of it.

Actually, it doesn't seem to be annoying me anymore. Must be my new found serenity and calm. Maybe contact with the master of serenity, DD himself, is finally rubbing off on me.

I can't imagine it will last long.

It's amazing how you can get used to most things. Only took me 15mins to connect this time - and I'm not laying on the floor to get a signal
Practice makes perfect? You'll just have found the right method when it's time to go home.........
It seems to depend on the weather and the way I hold my mouth. Sometimes nothing works, I'll be glad to get my pc back but do appreciate Nina's loan as it'd be another week on not being connected. No wonder Mum has problems getting 5 on TV.

It seems to depend on the weather and the way I hold my mouth.

Watch out the wind doesn't change, Meg.

We've had problems with Channels 1,2,3 and4 lately due ,no doubt, to the weather affecting the transmitter.
