Yeah, I agree. :( It should be #17 instead. :P 'Bigger Than Us' has been a very slow burner and even now I still don't think it's anywhere near as strong as 'To Lose My Life' or 'Fairwell To The Fairground' which both peaked higher in my chart. White Lies may get the no. 1 album although I'm not entirely sure they will get there. If they do, I get the impression it'll be with low sales (ie; 25-30k) followed by the inevitable plummet the following week.

Crazy Frog?!!! Have you been reading Tyron's posts in the Unknown Pleasures thread recently? :lol: I think you're getting your threads tangled. :lol: No, Crazy Frog has never, nor ever will enter my personal chart. Anyways, technically a song has never dropped out of my chart higher than 9 in my "top 40". In 2004 I only compiled a top 20 (it became a top 40 in Janauary 2005) and back then the only songs that dropped out from inside the top 10 were:

Broadband Surfers - Crazy In Mambo (02-OUT) <--- :drama: This wasn't even a proper song but back in the good ol' days of Cool Clarity, I took part in CC Big Brother and our team were set a task to create their own song. Ours was a mash up of 'Crazy In Love' and 'Mambo No 5' which we then had to chart. -_- Actually, it's quite silly to think how many Cool Clarity related songs made my chart back then. CC Banned Aid 'Do They Know It's Christmas?'. Heck, even JonHawk got to #1 in my chart with 'Collide' after winning CC Idol.

Other than that, Honeyriderz 'Colour' was the only other song that went 02-OUT. Do you remember DSQ on Cool Clarity? Well, this was the result of MSN conversation where we tried to get the song into the Multichart. He loved the song, I wasn't particularly keen but charted it as a laugh.

Also, the worst performing #1 in my chart was The Rasmus 'Guilty' which went 06-03-01-10-OUT. :D

My top 3 recently has been very indie compared the usual more commercial/radio friendly chart hits. 'Hello' is an indie/dance track that is doing really well across Europe at the moment. 'Me & You' is also brilliant - it's like a cross between dubstep and rock. Well, there's definitely a rock influence imo in the track. The video is ace focusing on an arcade game called Nero. Then there's 'Not In Love' which has been charted by loads of posters - most of which have had the track at no. 1 or close enough. Surprised Crystal Castles only peaked as high as #20 in the Buzzchart. Finally, 'Time Of Your Life' by Patrick Wolf is another fine slice of indie pop.

Whereabout are you? I'm from the sleeping town of Denton. :lol: 'Not In Love' is a really good track featuring Robert Smith of The Cure. Shame it failed to go top 40 in the UK but on the flipside, that could actually be considered a compliment these days. :kink:

Oh, I'll check out your chart in a minute. ^_^ I agree though, brilliant track. Would really like to see Nero manage to climb into the UK top 10 but it probably won't happen.

I haven't to be honest. I only discovered 'Addiction' thanks to the track doing well in Denmark's singles chart. Another of those HET30 hits that have made an impact here. Personally I still think 'Kun For Mig' was better.

I found myself listening to this all over again this week after seeing the track going top 20 on iTunes. It's very rare that songs have the ability of reentering my chart if they peaked low originally and dropped out, but I guess the Sound of 2011 also had a knock on effect. Still think 'Do It Like A Dude' is abysmal though. 'Limit To Your Love' is really unique. It's supposed to be dubstep but it takes the whole dubstep sound to whole new levels. Then again, so does Nero 'Me & You'.

Whereabout are you? I'm from the sleeping town of Denton. :lol: 'Not In Love' is a really good track featuring Robert Smith of The Cure. Shame it failed to go top 40 in the UK but on the flipside, that could actually be considered a compliment these days. :kink:

I'm near Altrincham, not much goes on down here apart from the mediocre football team :lol: I had a listen to "Not In Love", it's pretty decent and Robert Smith's vocals are distinctive enough to give it a bit of character.
