The poor taxpayer has to pick up the tab for this guy's wreckless actions.

 

Do you sympathise with him or should he be given a complulsory vasectomy.

I certainly don't have any sympathy with him, quite the reverse. Talk about irresponsible and letting others pay for his actions :angry: Don't know about a vasectomy, a couple of house bricks should do the trick :lol:
