It now ties with 'Breathing' to become Kate Bush's longest reigning number one track at 4 weeks. More importantly, 'Hill' enters the top 5 all time biggest sellers list, jumping from #6 to #4, pushing out Jessie J's 'Do It Like A Dude' and knocking down FKA twigs' 'Glass & Patron' to #5. Total sales for the track currently stand and just below 1,547K. Elsewhere, Bush records a total of 30 certified singles in her collection as 'Night of the Swallow' passes silver. First we have 'Arise' knocking the near decade long all-time chart topper 'Elephant' from the summit, and now, after first debuting in 2019, Kate Bush finally runs all the way to the top of the hill. 'Running Up That Hill (A Deal with God)' becomes the official biggest selling track in chart history and also ties with 'Do It Like A Dude' to become the longest charting track in chart history. The song first entered the chart at number 10 and took 8 weeks to first claim number one status. It's undeniable that the track itself consists of a potent enduring quality; the spirit of gunning for the long game. Total sales stand at 1,825,050, a triple platinum qualifier. Cassyette's 'Dear Goth' holds onto a third consecutive week at number one, fourth overall. It now enters the all time top 100 at #81, knocking out Loreen's 'Heal'. Lorde enjoys a quiet comeback after her Glastonbury set with four re-entries. A nice rebound to number two this week gives Dana Dentata her second certified track as 'Pantrychrist' hits silver.
