I find it very odd that she's over here promoting I Remember Me as a single yet they haven't put a video out for it. It's getting quite good airplay and with the video and a few performances, Graham Norton and maybe Paul O'Grady it could be a decent hit.

On the subject of the album, it's much stronger than the debut for me. Still not perfect, but it's a step up definitely and I think she sounds a lot better vocally on most of the songs.

Thought she was brill on Graham Norton last night. Forgive me for saying this, but I had NO IDEA she was releasing any new material.... Now I heard 'I Remember Me', i think it's brill!!!
I think she gave a great interview and did the song justice performance wise too. Her new figure is amazing too.

she's on daybreak or lorraine next week as well ... nice to her promoting over here
But still no video for the single, stupidity. Still the album might do alright first week, but I can't see it holding at all well sadly.
Did she perform on So You Think You Can Dance aswel? I've been looking for the performance but I can't find it

She performed Feeling Good. Stunning performance.

...doesn't seem to be on YouTube as yet though.

Where abouts in the show was it? I can go on OnDemand and find it

I thought it was really awkward watching her on GN. She just so obviously had no idea what everyone was on about.

She did come across pretty well though, happy she finally got her bafta!! hah

Loved her performance on Graham Norton! Made me want to get her album but unfortunately I'm disappointed. It's all too 'classic RnB' for my taste. I do love the title track and I Got This but that's about it.
She was on 'Something for the Weekend' today and I thought she was a little awkward on that, but then the people on there have a really tight relationship and British sense of humour so that's to be expected I guess.

Results show, about 20 minutes in.

The album débuted at #20 in the UK this week, with the title track débuting at #89.

Sales are very low though, only 5214.

Her debut has sold 172,720 in the UK, I doubt this selling more than 20-30k.

Plus spotlight was a hit here and that helped push notice on her debut album, compared to her second album which she has failed to gain a hit here

Jennifer is a talented woman but won't be doing selling Millions around the world. Her music isn't "mainstream r&b" anyway, not that is a downfall because not every music has to be mainstream. She's in the same league as Fantasia.

Even though the sales are low, I'm pretty happy with that, I mean she's done a bit of Promo, but not loads, and theres no radio support for her. So a Peak of #20 is pretty decent.

Really hope she tours over here one day I am literally DYING to see her live!!

That's what limited promotion and no video does for you

Very true, I think with a video I Remember Me could have been a minor hit like If This Isn't Love, but they put very little effort into the UK campaign at all aside from a few promo appearances on TV shows.
