February 28, 201114 yr Great, in a non in-your-face way like 'Whip My Hair' - though I love both :kink:
February 28, 201114 yr Sounds good, decent follow-up most definatly to 'Whip My Hair'. It does all feel a bit disjointed in places I have to admit but the chorus is huge, it's not going to be as irritating as it was to a lot of people and despite how hilariously weird the lyrics are for someone of her age (she lives on the edge you know), and the fact you get the feeling Kehsa would have made this record before she became an alcoholic then it's just marvellous.
March 1, 201114 yr I think i read its out tomorrow on US iTunes and shes performing on Oprah? Aw Willow, hope she does well with this song too.
March 1, 201114 yr Author So this turns out to be just as amazing as the clip suggested! Really loving it! Cover?
March 1, 201114 yr Yep, 100% better than 'Whip My Hair'! No tacky or novelty value and a decent pop song.
March 1, 201114 yr I did love Whip My Hair too before it became overplayed and annoying.. But this after the first listen sounds a lot better. The chorus is so catchy
March 2, 201114 yr hLM2rYn7JQE WOW. That performance. SO impressed. She's already shot up to #50 on US iTunes after that performance :cheer:
March 3, 201114 yr I'm really getting into this, miles ahead of 'Whip My Hair' which is ok for the verses, but the chorus got really annoying after a while. After hearing this, can't wait to see her live at the end of the month :D She always seems very confident for her age, to say how many people she has to perform in front of :o
March 3, 201114 yr I love the bit where she says "I'm the type of chick that likes to rock the beat" I love that bit too, along with the amazing 'pull gold from my soul, pull diamonds from my heart' part of the bridge.
