WOW new single from Fragma. Bit Cascada-esque imo

They have lost it years ago :( To think they were my favourite act as a teenager, its quite depressing listening to their stuff these days. Their first 2 albums will remain with me forever though :)

Toca is still one of my all time favourite albums and their three UK top five's were all incredible songs which fully deserved their success. Surprised Damae's been with them for so long, most dance acts going this long would have been through a ton of singers by this point :lol: I actually quite like the song, although you wouldn't know it was Fragma at all...

I like it, but don't like it at the same time. I think its her accent thats putting me off...

 

For some reason, in parts, it reminds me a bit of Rouge Traders - Voodoo Child.

I love both their albums, but white Toca has by far the best singles and potential singles (Magic, Reach Out), I think Embrace is more consistent whilst not having any smash hits.

Damae did leave at one point but returned to the band.

Magic was by far my favourite non-single, and in fact was one of my top ten favourite songs of 2001 full stop. I'd rank the Toca album as follows;

Kylie and Fragma were my loonage moments back in 00/01 :lol:

My favourite commercial dance album to this day though remains Movin' Melodies by ATB. Love everything about it! I was so hyped up for it after 9PM (Till I Come) that I bought it on import in HMV for about £17 or something mad about a week after 9PM charted at #1 in the UK. I later bought the UK version too as a lot of the mixes were different.

Mine is between Lasgo - Some Things, 4 Strings - Believe, Angel City - City Lights and DJ Encore - Intuition. And the Fragma albums of course. I actually don't own a single album by ATB but I've enjoyed the singles a lot.

I think both Fragma and ATB had in the past much much better songs and singles. Now day are almost forgotten but they don't create interesting music anymore :(

 

I was all over ATB, although I didn't have one album, I always downloaded the singles. And Fragma the same. I liked the new version of Toca's miracle but this new song is just plain boring.
