Really liking Starring Role! She seems to be taking a more 'current' and 'trendy' sound while still keeping it Marina to avoid selling out, which is very interesting.

Saw Marina last night at the Little Noise Sessions. She was amazing as usual - her voice sounded sublime in the church venue. She didn't really do anything that we haven't already heard; songs off the new album were;

Radioactive

Jealousy

Living Dead

Starring Role

Fear and Loathing

Fear and Loathing was especially good, epic ending.

I can't help feel though that Jealousy and Living Dead are Family Jewels leftovers. The demos seem to have been around forever.

Part 3 of the Electra Heart thing is up. It's wonderfully random and hipstery. Also robot voices are always a good thing.

I'm not sure about this album, honestly it's all over the place, and really the only good song is so far removed from what marina should be doing. Stay in your lane marina and keep going.
