but nothing in the Spanish final that screams a good place

A very poor pre-selection indeed from Spain.

 

The only one that could do remotely well is "Eos" by Melissa. It's the most Spanish in the pre-selection and has a "Legenda" sort of vibe to it.

 

I hope "Diamonds" doesn't gets selected. The little video is like something off one of those 900 channels off SKY!!!!

Sounds relatively catchy with the 'woah oh oh oh oh' in the chorus, but nothing that will bring Spain back out of the bottom ten that they seem to have loved so much since 2005.

I really like this on first listen, perhaps my 2nd favourite so far. Certainly the best Spanish entry since I started paying attention to the contest.

A decentish entry from Spain, but as mentioned above it'll be their beloved bottom 10 position in Dusseldorf. I am happy "Eos" made the superfinal, but I think that would have been the best choice.

 

 

I quite like it, might be better then Malta (who I have as 2nd) :lol:
