I've just come across an interesting piece on Take That's ideas for their upcoming stadium tour.

It involves a Back To The Future theme with time machines etc to show how they have 'progressed'.

It seems a very clever idea, and the transition with Robbie leaving, rejoining, Take That coming back as a 4 etc will fit it perfectly

Apparently they will start in a 90's backdrop, then go to robbie, back to take that and then rejoin as a 5 for the finale with the tour coming close or if not topping the 61 million U2 spent on their 360 tour......interesting themes and ideas

I love Back to the future. If they bring on the scene Michael J fox and Doc (sorry, i forget his real name ) i will be veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrryyyyy happy. :cheer:

But for me i would like a clever show like Beautiful world or Ultimate tour instead of a BBBBBIIIIIIGGGGGG show like The Circus (i stil haven't bought the DVD for it, i only saw once in kino). Never Forget from BW Tour and It only takes a minute girl from UT were amazing, to give only two examples....

Ok, i might right now don't sell my tickets . I love PSB! I am excited to see them even when i think their last music is pale in comparation with the masterpieces they did before... :cheer:
Great choice, although I've not seen the PSB live since the late 80's, they always put on a great show.
Great choice, i like the per shop boys, mainly their older material, but they are a fantastic choice as support act, i hope they benefit from it aswell and gain some new fans.

:puke2: Let's hope they stick with PSB.

Did anyone else get their tickets today?

They have two supports - one with them for the entire series of shows (for The Circus it was Gary Go) and a support act directly before they go on. When we went to the Circus the special guest was James Morrison one night and The Script another night.

I thought it was confiemed that take that were sticking with the pet shop boys though?

They are - as I said though - they'll also have a further support (in addition to PSB's)

We had The Script for The Circus but we missed them due to being stuck in traffic.

I've just thought though - if PSB's are the confirmed support throughout the whole tour (as Gary Go was on The Circus) then - surely they're a bit too big an act to go on as early as 6pm (which was the time Gary went on). Maybe they will just have the one support act in the PSB's.

Every tour they have done since returning they have given either an unsigned or unknown artist the chance to support them so I wouldn't be suprised if someone from Gary's label or from Universal was also added this time round.

I also expect other artists to support during the UK shows as what Kath says is completely spot on, one main support and the other role is alternated between a few artists. Lets face it the amount of people going to see the tour and the label the media have given it as the biggest tour the UK will provide artists with great promotion for their own material.

I can see PSB being the only support act for the European shows though
