March 9, 201114 yr I think she knows that but then again decent UK promo slots are very limited at the moment. Hopefuly the album will get a re-release with a new urban sounding or US appealing lead single. She really needs to break America. She's signed with Roc Nation after all yet she's not bothered in the US, her home country and claim to fame, makes no sense...

Good Girl will also likely be on around 90k this week aswell and will defo pass 200k sales. Happiness also reached 350k sales last week i believe.
March 9, 201114 yr I thought a top-10 debut for the album is very decent for Alexis? I mean, as big as 'Happiness' and 'Good Girl' are - they aren't exactly album sellers. And I was amazed that Alexis had made top-10 (instead of my top-20-30 prediction). I don't think this album will sell well long-term. Hush Hush could do a Little Boots' 'Remedy' and that's it. Generally I thought the album is a bit weak. I'm even bored of 'Hush Hush' quite quickly. I hope she'll release the full huge album next time with building up momentum / fanbase with this one.
March 9, 201114 yr Hush Hush is her best song and will sell the album and convince many to buy it IMO. If she wants to ruin this era she should release anything else other than Hush Hush as the 3rd single :lol:
March 9, 201114 yr The intro of Hush Hush is my fave part of the song ah such ear candy :wub: If the intro bit where she goes "Huh, huh, huuh, huh" was repeated before the 2nd verse and in the bridge the song would be even more stunning. Like the humming bits in Happiness. Does anyone understand what I'm ranting about? :heehee:

You overestimated both's sales a bit. :P Happiness has sold 352,2k to date and Good Girl is on 75,7k so far.
March 10, 201114 yr I hope Good Girl sells as well as Happiness. It's already going to equal Happiness's amount of weeks in the top 10 and Happiness peaked top 3. Just goes to show Good Girl could have done even better than Happiness if it was promoted...
March 10, 201114 yr But the official top-10 is very stale, unlike in the times of the 'Happiness' release. I think 'Happiness' will be her biggest hit until the next era at least.

I think Hush Hush will go top 10 at least if released but for some reason I think she might be considering Love Mist, she tweeted the song the other day... Hush Hush is really the only song on the album that screams 3rd single for me
March 10, 201114 yr 'Shout Shout' could actually do well in the UK, the UK wet their pants usually over cover or sample singles :lol: 'Shout Shout' has really grown on me as well even though the sample makes me want to cringe. Like Blizzard says though 'Hush Hush' is still the obvious choice

April 5, 201114 yr When is the 3rd single being released ? She's supporting JLS on tour in June/July, so she should release it then as she'll be over here to do promo
