Thoughts?

My first thought was that the intro sounds very similar to 'When Love Takes Over'. This can be taken as a good thing. It's brilliant throughout though, and it's great to see more of this side of Kelly! :cheer:

I LOVE dancey Kelly. She should stick with it! I've lost count of the number of times I've said that in this forum. She always seems to lend her vocals to genuine choons.

I REALLY like this, and it's pleasing that Kelly is seeing sense and going back down the euphoric dance route. However I'm not sure how this will do - I'm not sure the public will lap up such an obvious attempt to re-create 'When Love Takes Over'. On the flip side, Kelly has managed to make a tradition of having one big(ish) hit once a year, so you never know.

Clearly Kelly's strengths lie in Dance music, not that she seems to understand this by the looks of 'Motivation' which is possibly her blandest attempts yet. Loving this though, but not quite as strong as 'When Love Takes Over'

Well I'd assume the first one was just an iTunes promo cover, and if they were to release a remix EP, they'd use one of the above - something like that! I really like that first one that you posted though, so hopefully that one becomes the official one. :)

Good to see they're supporting this! I heard it on there last Saturday and was surprised, but glad it looks like it'll be another hit for Kelly and Alex - he's been quite successful with his previous releases. :)

The video premieres at 8:40 on 4Music tonight - although it may've already been played on another channel.

Have heard this on Kiss a few times as well as Radio 1, and Capital! :D Should deffo be hit!

Nothing special but I think it'll be a big hit. Capital are playing it constantly.

I don't really like this to be honest, it's quite boring and the chorus is a total non-event..

The video does the job nicely, nothing more nothing less.

I think she should ditch the R -n- B stuff and stick to the dance music. She obviously does better with the dance stuff and she would get more people to come to her shows with this type of music. Please Please Please Kelly---just make a dance only full CD wth stuff like "Forever and a Day", WLTO and "What A Feeling" and scrap that "Grown Woman"/"Motivation" sounding stuff.

This is the least good dance choon Kelly has lent her vocals to. My opinion since first hearing it has changed a bit, since the chorus to this IS a bit of a non-event and it's quite forgettable compared to most of the stuff she usually does (RnB $h!te aside.)
