I had to post this, thought it was interesting:

This is actually from the same production studio as Rebecca Black. Lyrics again are bad, but at least this girl can sing without plasterings of autotune...

This girl actually has a sort of interesting voice.

It seems to me like Ark Productions have an unhealthy obsession with the days of the week, teeny boppers and that rapper seems to be on call for every single video they make....

There are others two, but none of them really live up to Friday. :P

This one actually has a strong voice....but she looks like she's 2 years old :manson: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8oVnBGRIZSQ

Edit: Actually she's probably not that good....my musical expections are pretty low right now.

That Alana Lee song was at 309 in the UK Itunes Chart a few hours ago.

Lady Gaga sticks up for Rebecca Black

Rebecca Black has another famous fan: Lady Gaga

At a Musicians@Google event on Tuesday, Gaga stuck up for the 13-year-old singer -- who has been widely mocked on the Internet for her song, "Friday."

"I think it's fantastic," Gaga said of Black's fame through YouTube, where she has more than 35 million streams.

"I say Rebecca Black is a genius and anyone that's telling her she's cheesy is full of $h!t," Gaga went on, although she noted that she hasn't seen the video. Over the weekend, Simon Cowell defended Black as well.

Black says she has been cyber bullied for her song, which she recorded after her mom paid $2,000 to L.A.-based Ark Studios.

According to Billboard.biz estimates, she's making about $27,000 a week from iTunes sales and YouTube streams.

During her long visit at Google's headquarters in Mountain View, California, dubbed "Google Goes Gaga," the singer plugged Google Moderator, a tool her fans use to submit text or video questions.

"At Google, we've seen Gaga build her career by embracing technology, as well as constantly innovating for her fans," said the company's Marissa Mayer.

Funny that people who hate 'Baby' like 'Friday' because this is pretty much the same song but by even more annoying singer.

Baby >>>>>>>>>>> Friday

I love Friday because it's funny, a good laugh and I love how she's not really taking it too seriously  (For the record, I just don't like Bieber, I don't think he's a bad singer - I like Pray, Never Say Never and Next 2 U) Plus the meme she's become has thrown up some quite amusing Facebook likes such as 'BREAKING NEWS - Rebecca Black dies after walking into the football stadium and being overwhelmed with choice of seating', 'No wonder Rebecca Black didn't take the bus, she'd have had a panic attack over all the seats' and 'Yesterday was Thursday Thursday today it is Friday Friday - THIS GIRL IS A GENIUS' as well as the various hilare pics BJ members have as sigs

I hate Justin Bieber, but Baby>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Friday, at least Bieber can sing in tune...

Both are absolutely terrible, at a push maybe 'Baby' is marginally more bearable but that says nothing.

I would really love to see this reach the UK Top 40. I would look forward to see the craziness about this song in the chart show!

Edit: Oh, and it's Friday!

Apparently she's donating all proceeds from the single to Japan earthquake relief and her school.
Yeah, this so has to chart at least top 40
This video made me lol:
