It's just the pattern of the voting seems to be one or two people multi voting. When they go off to do something (like watch Comic Relief) the voting stops dead. Then a large number of votes are cast again in a short space of time.

I didn't watch Comic Relief but looking on Ant and Dec's Facebook page everyone thought they were very good and as they have over a million and half fans on their page I expect a lot of people have been voting for Ant tonight!! Seeing as Darius hasn't even made 3000 fans yet, I think he/we are doing very well!!.... We'll just have to try to catch up tomorrow!! :D
