March 17, 201114 yr SOS! surely its time for this to leave?! Edited March 17, 201114 yr by chart wizard
March 17, 201114 yr Patience. But I wouldn't mind Rihanna going out as she has dominated all the other years.
March 17, 201114 yr SOS, not really Top 5 of the year material is it? Well, neither are Patience and Smile, to be fair. I voted for Patience. I can NOT believe it's still in. Seriously, what is wrong with everybody. It's much worse than Who Knew, Welcome to the Black Parade, SOS, I Don't Feel Like Dancing, etc. Guys, don't feel like you have to avoid voting Patience out to prove you're not sexist. We believe you. In this case, all those female songs are simply BETTER. Simple as tbh. Oh, but apparently Take "half of our songs are really boring and sound the same, and middle-aged women and teenage girls love us" That >>>>> Rihanna? What has the world come to. Yes, SOS isn't the greatest of songs, but have we all forgotten how snooze-worthy Patience is?

I usually prefer Rihanna to Take That but on this song's basis, whilst i'm not completely in love with Patience, i do still like it and it stuck in my head, whilst on SOS all I can remember is a bit of the chorus (and it's not from not hearing it enough) so it's quite forgettable, at least IMHO

Patience>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>SOS SOS has really aged badly, whereas Patience is a classic  (imo) Rihanna's had a few songs that will probably turn into classics, don't get me wrong, but SOS isn't one of them Edited March 17, 201114 yr by chart wizard
March 17, 201114 yr Eric when did you become a Rihanna loon? Um, probably around 2008 she became my favourite pop star, and I became full of adoration for her.
March 17, 201114 yr Rihanna - SOS, has to go in this round and its looking like it will going by the votes so far.
March 17, 201114 yr The highest ever vote percentages: 1. Lady Gaga - Poker Face - 77% 2. Rihanna - Disturbia - 61% 3. Rihanna & Jay-Z - Umbrella - 60% 4. ?? Rihanna - SOS ~ 50%?? Yeah, Poker Face, fair enough. It's dreadful. But, WHY IS RIHANNA SO HATED? What has she done to deserve this?

Yeah, Poker Face, fair enough. It's dreadful. But, WHY IS RIHANNA SO HATED? What has she done to deserve this? She's got to the final 6 out of 40. Hardly hated. Calm yourself. Simply put, SOS is easily the most dated song on the list now - it was good at the time, but it has NOT aged well, especially when put against to her other big hitters. It pales into comparison against the likes of 'Umbrella'.
March 17, 201114 yr What has she done to deserve this? Please tell me you're joking? Btw, I just voted for 'SOS'. :kink:
