August 3, 200618 yr good title and the album will do well i think,i dont buy the sugababes albums myself but buy an odd single as im not a big fan but like some of there stuff but i will definitly buy there greatest hits Nice :D I think it will either sell a fair bit more than a studio album of theirs so 1,000,000 Or it will do a fair bit less, maybe 500,000 One or the other tbh
August 4, 200618 yr Author There's a rumour flying around now that there may also be a limited edition where there is a DVD of all the videos of theirs on too, bare in mind it is only a rumour though. ;)
August 4, 200618 yr if that rumour is true they should hold back and release the bonus dvd later to give the album sales a later boost and give the album a longer chart life
August 5, 200618 yr if that rumour is true they should hold back and release the bonus dvd later to give the album sales a later boost and give the album a longer chart life Fair point, but I'm sure that the record company will just want to sell as many copies before before Christmas Their previous chart albums seem to hang around the no.30 spot in the album chart for a goof 2/3 months after Christmas, but I doubt that a GH would have the same longetivity so perhaps what you're saying is a good idea? It all depends
August 5, 200618 yr For the album title Play.com has it down as "The Best Of The Sugababes" Come on Play, keep up! Edited August 5, 200618 yr by blade699
August 5, 200618 yr they list all pre order greatest hits or best of the same at play com until the album is nearly released
August 6, 200618 yr Nothing else much to confirm....apart from the confirmation that the single to preceed the GH will be released on October 30th A rumour is that it will be called "Strung Out"
August 7, 200618 yr  The GH has changed it's title!!!! It is now: Overloaded: The Singles Collection This makes more sense as not all songs were "hits" The Sugababes are also working with Mike Skinner's prodigy  Plan B
August 7, 200618 yr But they're not including all the singles are they, so it's not a "collection"?
August 7, 200618 yr But they're not including all the singles are they, so it's not a "collection"? They are :o I'm pretty sure of it!
August 7, 200618 yr They are :o I'm pretty sure of it! Really? :o Brilliant, exactly what I wanted
August 7, 200618 yr From MTV UK (someone from official sugababes forum thanks to them): Sugababes will release a greatest hits album, called Overloaded: The Singles Collection, on November 13. The disc will feature all the big hits from the girls’ past four albums and two new tracks. Despite having two changes of line-up during their six years as a band, they’ve become one of the most successful female groups ever. Original member Keisha, Heidi, and new girl Amelle can pat themselves on the back for bagging more top 10 singles than the Spice Girls, Destiny’s Child, All Saints and ‘80s favourites Bananarama. Let’s just hope this album signals a fresh start and not an end to the funky pop trio as we know them… The album will be preceded by a new single on October 30. http://www.mtv.co.uk/channel/mtvuk/news/su...test_hits_album ---------------- Didnt realise they had that many top 10 hits :D well done babes!!!
August 8, 200618 yr :cheer: Cheers Timpo :D The new single should leak in a few weeks (hopefully!)
