Nope. (I made sure to circle back to her publicist and ask her about that.) It only means that "U + Ur Hand" won't be a single in the U.S. so maybe they'll release another song....i cant see them leaving america out completly
July 27, 200618 yr Right lets clear this up, Billboard don't half talk some $h!t :rolleyes: The single isnt being released there YET, theyre still trying to push 'Who Knew' which is just about as much good as flogging a dead horse now. Expect it to be released later in the year. All this is according to label reps, let us not forget this is LaFace's single which they wanted 1st as it had 'US hit' written all over it and is the reason its the 3rd single to save the album. I see an autumn release for the US...

July 30, 200618 yr Its either Long Way To Happy/ Dear Mr President now for the US (yes I KNOW she said she wouldn't release DMP but the label are despearate to save the album from sinking) U + Ur Hand is such an American choice I agree, its the best choice for single there but she won't sing it so there was no point, it couldn't get promotion. All this said I am loving U+UH a lot at the moment :wub:

August 2, 200618 yr Damn this remids me of when pink didn´t release a 3rd single in the usa for the "Try This" album it like it all repeating it self again maybe they will release another good song as the 3rd single or maybe they will give up like they did with "Try This" when the 1st and 2nd single flopped from that album. August 2, 200618 yr The problem for Pink and the US is, at the time Mizundastood was around her type of music was doing well in the commercial stakes, but it seems that since then her commercial success has been very limited over there (probably because the US are only interested in their sexy hip hop jams <_< ). I think Pink would be better off concentrating on markets she does well in (such as basically every country besides the US, she does well enough in the UK). I mean, the US isn't the be all and end all, there are other places she can get the sales without cordoning the project off completely because she isn't selling well in one particular country.
