What do you think of Kim Wilde's "You Came 2006"?

I'm really glad that she is trying to make a comeback. The new version of "You Came" is really good, but not as brilliant as the original.

In Germany Kim Wilde's longplayer "Never Say Never", which is produced by Nena's hitmaker Uwe Fahrenkrog-Petersen, will be released on September 8th.

There will be 14 tracks on the album: 8 new tracks and 6 remakes, which include "You Keep Me Hangin' On" featuring Nena and "Kids In America" featuring Charlotte Hatherley.

I HAVNT herad it yet,but i bought her g hits about 2 yaers ago,and didnt realise she had so many good songs before,

you came, love is holy been my fave 2

she must be wearing a corset..... and why is she tugging her hair out???

the original is miles better. But Kim wilde is brilliant. Nobody really gives her that much credit but I think she is so influencial. Her first two albums were the best. the boundries between 80's electro and "alternative" music. They don't even sound dated because people are still trying to mimmic the sound. She is one of the best female singers that have came from britan. She is so sweet live to. I saw her at a 80's reunion tour with other 80's acts.

as much as I agree she's done some good pop singles.. I really wouldn't call her one oF Britain's best vocalists :o

I've seen her live too, twice, once on 87, once a few years back... and both times she was shockingly out of tune.

My fave by her is View From A Bridge.

lol sorry, i worded that wrong. she is not an amazing vocalist but in terms of music, artisticness and style she is one of the finest pop stars to come from the UK. I think one of my faves has to be "cambodia" and "chaos at the airport" but REALLY, there are just so many! Well from the first few years of her career anyway
