Fourth! But yes it does seem quite likely at this point, the critical acclaim definitely helps counter the not so fantastic ratings.

I've just watched this weeks episode, once again fantastic stuff. The mix between drama, comedy, emotion et al is perfectly pitched every time. The Stacy/Eli thing is just so funny, she's so cunning! Liking the new threads with Kalinda and now Kaitlin, the former more so but I really can't think of what they're going to do with Kaitlin. Loved the return of a comedy judge this week too!

Another good episode. Not quite up there with some of the other stellar moments this series (I found Will's sisters a little tedious for example). The case itself was projected well and the power games were interesting. Intrigued to see what role Caitlin will play. There's something ROGUE about her methinks...
It should get a renewal this year to give it enough episodes to enter syndication. It's ratings are right at the bottom of the CBS pile though.
I expect you're right Silas, but it's 1.8 this week is still not a good sign at any rate. I'll be distraught when it does end though, it's within touching distance of being my favourite show EVAR (currently a title held by Star Trek: Voyager).

Me too! It's just too good to end so soon.

If it does get a season 4, it may be a Friday 10pm show just to get it to syndication. Shows on CBS with not so hot S3 ratings almost always get a 4th for syndication purposes. Hell, this hasn't fallen that badly year on year and it's not too far behind CSI:Miami ratings wise.

Well I really liked that again, agree it was a little less good than the past few but they were amazing. I loved some of the little moments, Baranski's LAUGH for example and the little things between Peter/Cary (he really seemed to lose a lot of respect for Peter). I know I've said it before, but David Lee is AMAZING, him sitting outside the office staring in had me in fits of laughter - he has such an expressive face, even when he's not trying to say anything.

Caitlin's future looks much more interesting now, I'm sure David has PLANS for her but it seems like Diane has too now. Also, Alicia seems quite suspicious of her, it'll be fun to see that play out.

Why do people lose interest in programmes when they (by all intents and purposes) continue to grow and become better shows/brands over the passage of time? Is America truly that obsessed with the "next best thing"/"fresh in the moment". What an all consuming and cold society to live in, for its treatment of this glorious show if nothing else.

Really enjoyed this episode but Nancy is my favourite opposing counsel and I loved her moments with Caitlin.

Will's sisters weren't the best addition but I kind of liked how they think he's with Kalinda when the viewer is well aware that he isn't.

I agree, i've really enjoyed this show. So many shows don't get the runs they deserve and just get cancelled.

Just heard about Terra Nova, that was a great series...i hear it may still get picked up by another network, hope it does.

Interesting episode. Is this really the last we'll be seeing of Caitlin? I'm not convinced.

Great to see Colin Sweeney again and another Michael J Fox appearance coming next week.

So happy this got renewed, I was expecting a cancellation judging by the awful ratings :/

Nor am I, I certainly think there's something else going on besides a pregnancy. David Lee's reaction to Alicia's chat with her was amazing, I'm at the point now where he's my 2nd favourite character, he just makes me laugh so much.

I thought this episode was great though, Alicia's scene walking around her house at the end is probably one they'll use for the Emmy's or whatever, it was really good and it's been a while since J Marg got a chance to stretch her emotional legs like that.

What a fabulously complex episode.

It was all about Diane for me though (naturally), her juggling Kurt and Jack and in general her realtionship with both is great. I'd really like to see her end up with Jack though, he's more charming. Her sticking her neck out for Alicia was nice, I suspect something may come of that though.

Nice to see Alicia getting her BITCH ON though *.*

It was another excellent episode. Everything has been so right this season (as I keep saying).

I genuinely look forward to a new episode each week and feel sad when one finishes in the blink of an eye. Sign of a truly good show.

Not that it now matters for renewal this season, but this got a 1.9 this week, which is up on the past 2 episodes which got 1.8 and 1.7.

I wasn't so interested in the case this week or the re-appearance of Michael J Fox. It was more about everything going on with Alicia/Diane, Diane/her men and Alicia/Kalinda.

May be renewed but CBS aren't bothering to air it through May sweeps, season finale is on April 29th. At least that means only one repeat week before the finale.
