Corrie definitely deserved this one!

Was nice of Jessie Wallace to say she thought Jane should have won :)

I always find the eastenders crew are better at recognising people from other soaps more than any of the others.

However I am disgusted Claire Cooper never won best Actress.

I was really pleased Jane Danson won an award, thoroughly deserved.

I've just watched the key awards on youtube... I have to admit I teared up at the Gavin Blyth tribute. It was really touching.

 

I don't approve of Danny Miller's constant begging for votes but I am glad Emmerdale took a major award home. They're miles better than Corrie and yet constantly get overlooked just because they have a couple of million less viewers.

I'd have loved for Emmerdale to have won best soap (its been by far my favourite over the last couple of years) but it'll never happen unfortunately.
