I officially love the album (and will definitely check out the debut now Jonjo :P). C'mon is MILES better than Die Young already imo, and i think it will grow more on me too. There are some dull moments on the album, but overall it's a very good listen :D

Why why why did I ask for this for Christmas? Gonna have to live like 3 weeks with the knowledge that there is a Ke$Ha album out there I don't own. Hope it's as good as Animal.

This is actually a pretty fucking quality album. I expected a samey pile of trash but instead it's a collection of risky, subtle and well thought out record from someone (ironically) very in your face. Some excellent, side-stepping production from Dr Luke and lovely, lovely melodies.

I love it when you throw an artist to the rubbish bin of your musical mind and they come with a record and totally call you out.

It's one of the strongest pop albums I've heard this year I think. Can understand why she went with Die Young for lead though, just to be safe. Chocked full of hits, that aren't even necessarily completely generic either ... 'Wherever You Are', 'Last Goodbye', 'Crazy Kids', 'C'mon' and 'Out Alive' are my favorites so far I think.

I'm listening to Animal/Cannibal. I quite like it, but it's definitely TOO rebellious, young, teenage, American girl for me  Having said that all of the singles still sound SO amazing, so maybe the rest of the album will grow on me too. I like her softer side in songs like Hungover etc.

Much prefer Warrior right now though

Hungover is phenomenal, but neither Animal nor Cannibal was a great album. This is a massive step up.

I think I prefer her slower songs; Love In The Light, Past Lives and Last Goodbye are all stunning .

Giving the album it's first play now, that first trio of songs are so magnificent but it's clear she ran out of ideas on the rather lame 'Thinking Of You'. :(

'Crazy Kids' is absolutely epic, and 'Wherever You Are' is sounding brilliant too.

OK, now I've listened to it in full the highlights for me are Warrior, C'Mon, Crazy Kids, Wherever You Are, Dirty Love (as it's something so radically different for her and it works), Supernatural, Love Into The Light and Out Alive.

The worst track by far is definitely 'Wonderland', urgh what a snoozefest. 'Thinking Of You' is also below par for the sheer unoriginality and the fact she's done this better so many times before, but aside from these two I love it all. It's just what I wanted from her.

I love 'Thinking Of You'. Summer jam, hello.
I love Wonderland, but then I'm Buzzjack's MOR prince (after King Shoat)
