Randomly, found this on the internet. I've read it is a leftover track intended for the Burlesque soundtrack. Anyway, on a first listen i thought that their voices didn't suit together, but a few listens later it seems rather good. I suppose Cee Lo's voice sounds like this cause this is a bad quality. Instrumental is pretty great.

 

 

I actually really like this, I'm not sure about Cee-Lo's vocal, it's much higher than he usually sings which is the problem. This has a sample of a song I really should be able to name but I can't :(
