The latter is the official cover. Sheeran seems to be taking stills from his music videos and using them as the single cover (see 'The A Team'). It both looks better, and is the one you can see if you pre-order the EP on iTunes.

 

Could I check whether Maroon 5 ft. Christina Aguilera 'Moves Like Jagger' has been re-sized please. I'm in Italy and they've been playing it non stop on the radio, am finding myself really enjoying it.
