After the divorce, before Theakston's sex scandal, before 'Glitter'. They made fun of it a LOT in 'Rock Profile' which was shown in 2000. Not that that's proof they did go out. I always explain that to people and they say "errr but she dresses like a $l*t errr where's my Libertines album" etc. She dresses the way she does (little shorts, little tops) because she's trying to dress like a little girl.
