I've been talking to some fans, and if you listen to songs such as Pieces of a dream or i belong to you, and listen to recent live performances, do you think that anastacia is loosing the "growl" and the edge?

 

To be honest I don't know what is the growl or the edge!?

But I think that the Rock in Rio Lisboa concert gave proof of her talent!

NO WAY, I think she is as good as ever, Rock in Rio was amazing :D

I don't think her voice has lost the growl and the edge. I thought she did great in Lisbon as well. It just depends on the type of song I think.

When u listen to dream on the edge and growl are clearly there.

i hope she hasnt,i havnt noticed it myself or seen her live lately so i hope the growl is still there

yeah.. but it's just like compare Pieces Of A Dream to something like.. Why'd You Lie To Me or Freak of Nature

 

it's just not as edgy and the vocals are really different to!

cause its a diff type of song. she did have the growl in Dream On for example.

maybe she just uses it for certain songs where needed and that its not needed in some other songs she performs

like she said in an interview once tho she said " its exhaustin to sing like that " so i guess she just limits the growl a little ....

and uses it when she has the right song to do it.
