1996 Eurovision entrant Gina G, famous for her UK #1 Ooh Aah...Just A Little Bit and various other smaller hits is back! Loving this cheap trashy video - not sure that she pulls off 'trying to look hot in a club' as well as same aged J.Lo but I like her sense of humour. Her 2006 Tonight's The Night video was funny and this is too, Gina trying to pick up a man in a gay bar!

 

The song's not as throwaway as I first thought, it's no masterpiece but it's been in my head quite a bit over the past few days.

I loved Tonight's The Night. This is just mediocre though.

Tonight's The Night is probably my favourite Gina G song. This is good, obviously not as good as that, but perfectly decent in its own right. Quite why she has decided and more importantly got the opportunity to try again is beyond me though. Unless its self funded of course.

I think this is better than tonights the night,its more catchy, id love to see it make top 75 like tonights the night did but i dont think it will.

Saw the new video on UK TV (only Starz, don't get too excited!) earlier, it's been given a production overhaul and a rent a rapper...

 

 

I think I'll stick to the original version, not a fan of the kitchen sink production on this.

I LOVE this! The rap actually works really well, and the mix has brought the song totally up to date.

Its pleasnat but it doesnt stand out enough, its a shame as i would love Gina G to have success again, her debut album fresh was a very strong pop album but with all th legal management stuff etc she never managed to keep the momentum going and sadly she has been totally forgotten about. I have to say though she has never stopped trying so fair play to her.
