EMMA LEWIN TO REPRESENT RAMRYNIA IN BJSC XLIII!

 

After tonight's entry reveal in Botanikka for the 43rd BJSC, we can now announce that Emma Lewin will represent Ramrynia with her song 'No Excuses'. Despite some dramatic events during the confirmation process, we are pleased that Emma is going to be representing us, especially with the contest record she has. Emma used to be part of scandipop duo Sheelah who have won the contest twice for FSR Rontvia! We only hope Emma can have similar success on her own!

 

The Ramrynia public wish Emma the best of luck in the contest in Botanikka! :cheer:

EMMA LEWIN EARNS RECOGNITION AS POPJUSTICE'S BIG SONG!

 

After the founder of Ramrynia (myself :kink:) alerted the journalist behind Popjustice, within hours 'No Excuses' was made the site's BIG SONG! The whole of Ramrynia are very happy that Emma is getting some extra recognition for her song and she has said she is overjoyed by this event!

In the last few minutes, ex-Ramrynia BJSC entrant Carly Rae Jepsen has entered at #1 in the official UK chart with 'Call Me Maybe'! She achieved this by selling an amazing 106,000 copies in her first week on sale since being re-released on iTunes! Carly, who finished in 6th place in BJSC XLI, has been successful worldwide with her latest single hitting #1 in several countries! Ramrynia would like to congratulate Carly on her incredible success with 'Call Me Maybe' around the world!

EMMA LEWIN QUALIFIES FOR FINAL IN BOTANIKKA!

 

After the BJSC XLIII semi final results show was held in Botanikka this evening, it was revealed that Emma Lewin had qualified for the final with her song 'No Excuses'. Ramrynia was the last country to be revealed as a qualifier and the whole population was overjoyed with her qualification and the country's 6th qualification in 7 appearances! We wish Emma the best of luck in the final which will take place in a few days time! :cheer:

Emma Lewin equals Ramrynia's record finish!

 

After BJSC XLIII came to an end last night with a very tense results show held in Botanikka, Ramrynia's entrant Emma Lewin finished in a brilliant 6th place with 'No Excuses' - equalling Carly Rae Jepsen's finish just two contests ago! Despite a slow start hovering around 10th place, a few big points scores in the 2nd half of the results lifted Emma up to 3rd place at one point and ultimately finished 6th! However, Emma has managed Ramrynia highest ever points total with 140 points, 28 more than 'Call Me Maybe' managed! Also, Emma finished 3rd in her semi final also equalling Carly's record, but gained a higher number of points with a total of 91!

 

The Ramrynian head of delegation spoke of how delighted the country were are the 3 fabulous results that have been achieved so far this year and hope that this will continue for as long as possible! We would also like to thank everyone who supported Emma during the contest!
