Ladytron — Gravity the Seducer [12 Sept. 2011]

Ladytron's fifth studio album, Gravity the Seducer, will be released on 12 September 2011 (UK)/13 September 2011 (US). The album was co-produced with Barny Barnicott (Arctic Monkeys, Editors).

The band member Daniel Hunt said: "Gravity the Seducer is more of a jump than the last album was, more ethereal and melodic, a touch more abstract in places than we've gone before, baroque 'n' roll. It was a pleasure to make, took us right through last summer. It's our best record, in my opinion".

The first single "White Elephant" was released on 17 May 2011.

Ladytron also premiered a second song, "Ambulances". It sounds a bit like Cocteau Twins, Bat For Lashes, Fever Ray etc. Impressive! :wub:
