Amy Winehouse hit #1 with "Back to black" after her death.

The Saturdays hit #1 with "All fired up"

Nicole Scherzinger has just scored her second number 2 hit on my chart with "Wet". She also lost out with "Right There (feat. 50 Cent)". No other act has had 2 #2s without a #1 ever
