Stand out for me at the moment are 'outsider' 'safe from harm' and 'i want a lover'

 

But i must admit to being a bit sick at the moment i absolutely loved the clip Will put up that he called the viking dance even from the small clip i adored it and thought it could be the best thing he had done, i will have to wait and hear the full clips maybe one of them morph's into it or maybe it will be on a b side.

 

I just need some time to get used to the idea but what i have heard so far is great

I thought all the clips we heard were from the album Sunday so maybe what we were hearing was another part of a song. It's difficult for me to pick out favourites with out hearing more but I'm loving what I'm hearing. Will saying it is melancholic electronic pop seems to me to be the perfect description. :wub: This album sounds as if it is going to be as personal as Let It Go.

I love that his voice seems so so prominent and not the music in the clips! loving the sound of 'Lie next to me' 'I just want a lover' 'Runaway' 'Outsider' 'Losing myself' 'Hearts on Fire' and 'Good things' so far

Quite a few listens in & potential favs, Losing Myself, Runaway, Lie Next to Me, Come On, Good Things & Silent Valentine. :D

Listened to the clips just now, its been a while since I've been into Will, but after hearing the brilliant Jealousy thought I'd give this a go.

 

Come On, I Just Want a Lover, Outsider, Losing Myself, Hearts On Fire, Good Things and Safe From Harm all sound really good to me!

Have listened more times now... it will be interesting to mark all the songs out of 5 and then when we get the album see if what you originally marked a song as stays the same

so here goes

1* Silent valentine (although its my fave title)

The clips sounded bloody perfect. The only one that sounded like we could do without was 'Outsider,' but I'm sure it's great in context of the rest of the album.

 

 

Also, I want to let you guys know that these songs get completely different as they go on. So... don't judge by the clips. I mean, the clips that Will posted on twitter were 'Hearts On Fire,' 'Silent Valentine,' 'Personal Thunder,' and 'Good Things.' But the parts they played on twitter sound nothing like what they sound like on Amazon.

 

So perhaps Runaway isn't the clip you loved Sunday, if he's correct of course? :unsure:

That almost makes me angry :angry: :lol:

I was due out this morning just as I realised the clips were up had chance for the quickest listen. Couldn't wait to get back to them tonight!

 

I can't say there's one that doesn't sound brilliant. :yahoo: I'm torn between listening again and again and waiting to hear them in full.

 

Two that stand out as George Michael-esque - therefore naturally good are I Just Want A Lover and Good Things!

 

Sunday - just imagine you will be sitting there this time tomorrow night ! :w00t: Whichever one it is that the Viking song morphs into ( I agree it could be either of the two mentioned) will suit me
