Whilst some may disagree with Jack Sparrow being #1, he is by far my most personal favourite movie character of all time. Depp puts on an excellent performance in the Pirates franchise, despite the last three never being quite able to match up to the first (imho).

I think T800 model from The Terminator and T2: Judgement Day were the best in the Terminator Series

I think Gollum should be #1 also where is Gandalf?

Dumbledore is surely more worthy than Gandalf.
