October 16, 201113 yr Sorry Here is the link. http://www.theofficialcharts.com/album-download-chart/ Thanks for the link. Echoes would be # 21 without the compilations. :D Thought the Ryan Adams album would be higher, being the discounted download album on Amazon.
October 16, 201113 yr Isn't it great - I thought he may have a last minute dip or be around his midweek place but #11!!!!! :yahoo: Way to go William -
October 16, 201113 yr That's a bit of a snidey remark :o I think you'll find many of the classical crossover artists appear on QVC. Katherine Jenkins, Hayley Westenra, Russell Watson, Alfie Boe to name just a few. So it's not a case of not affording to be choosy - Decca would have been missing a trick if they hadn't got Joe on there. I joined to follow Joe's progress on the chart threads (you can see my earlier posts on there). Then I found your thread and felt compelled to put the record straight :P For the record I have nothing against Will, I have one of his albums and I thought he did a great performance on Strictly. I just don't understand why some posters find it necessary to put down other artists in the process of supporting their own. Edited October 16, 201113 yr by judetheobscure

October 17, 201113 yr In the singles chart #30 (9,426) #39 (8,303) so jealousy at #32 got somewhere in between Thanks Sunday. I'm a bit confused as to how the figures are calculated. Do they (and those for Echoes) include downloads or are they just physical sales? Edited October 17, 201113 yr by chrysalis
October 17, 201113 yr Author Chrysalis album and single sales include all physical and digital sales from sunday to saturday of a given week.
October 17, 201113 yr So Jealousy has now gone silver  :cheer: And I bet it goes on selling too!
October 17, 201113 yr :cheer: And I bet it goes on selling too! I wonder if with airplay it could make the shortlist for the Best Single at the Brits. Jealousy isn't top 40 in the ytd chart but then you would need to discount all the American artists. It has no chance of winning that will go to One Direction but I would love an nomination & believe it deserves it. Edited October 17, 201113 yr by truly talented
October 17, 201113 yr Thanks for all the sales info girls - even though approximate still looking good.
