It's been a much better day today. Apart from my father-in-law deciding he didn't want his ears syringed as his hearing is perfect - it's just that no one talks to him in louder than a whisper.

He went but I felt sorry for the nurse. Then, when it was done, he switched the charm on.

Other than that, it's been nice.

Weather's a bit brighter today. No excuses then - I'll have to get down into the garden and try to saw off the tree branch that fell over the fence from the garden that's back to back with ours and is now blocking the door of my neighbour's shed.

It always amazes me how heavy branches are.

I have been to market today and only just got in, tonite I am going to see pirates of the carribean about which I have heard mixed reviews.

I've started. I'm salami slicing it into manageable pieces. It'll take more time but I'll be able to clear the shed and a bit more. For the thickest part, I'll need to call in favours from some of the men in my family and get them to deal with it, I think.

Well baytree I didnt see pirates of the carribean either because when we got there we found it finished last thursday, typical!! so we saw The queen with helen mirren, unfortunately I missed 15 mins as I fell asleep, had a very busy day!!!, I shall have to wait and see pirates on dvd now.
