I know what you mean I endid up buying a pair of Boots in preparation for the Winter, if this great Indian Summer continues perhaps it will be a short one.

Winter? That's ages away. The trees have just started turning and a few leaves have begun to float down. I'm going to savour autumn first. I love the colours of the countryside in autumn.

I have been out..shopping

And me also.

I've been to see 'Hoodwinked'. Truly adult viewing. Next to 'Barnyard' it was a masterpeice though. Male cows with udders lost me immediately in that one.

 

The rich chocolate icecream I forced myself to eat after was VERY good.

I went shopping with a very bad grace this morning but..............IKEA played me Colourblind and W H Smith had Sink or Swim in their music section. Clever marketing. It made me all mellow and I then spent a fortune in the coffee shop and had another shop.

I'm dreading Saturday as Paula is going to Cyprus for 6 months :cry:

I will miss her so much.

You will be able to keep in touch with the internet wont you DD. My son was in Pakistan for two years but we managed to keep in touch with the internet regularly and telephone at weekends.

I hope so there will be lots of texting that's for sure.

Pakistan is even further :o
