Corey Taylor has let slip via Twitter that Stone Sour are working on a new album and that Slipknot may not quite be over completely as many feared.

There are no concrete details on Stone Sour's album yet but perhaps the bigger news is Slipknot aren't breaking up... yet. They will be touring the US next June but sccording to percussionist Shawn Crahan their are still no current plans for a Slipknot album as it is 'too soon' following the death of bassist Paul Gray.

Good news all round then as the world without Slipknot would be a duller place. Here's hoping

i really hope Slipknot do some UK shows, if they do stop without me ever seeing them I will not be happy with my life.
