Shame Don't Stop Movin' didn't win the 2001 list, I'll never understand what's so incredible about Can't Get You Out Of My Head, even when I saw her live earlier in the year it was by far one of the least interesting performances of the evening imo.

 

Seems ridiculous that a #2 can reach the top 5 of the year in a year where there were 42 #1's! I love this list anyway for the most part!

 

What Makes A Man was actually one of Westlife's more bearable singles imo, it's more tarnished with the crap brush because of the embarrassment of being beaten to #1 by Bob The Builder I guess :lol:

That result for 2001 is DIRE, even S Club 7 would have been a better winner. If "Stan" doesn't win this, there's something wrong with the world.

I think Pure Shores is a strong contender to win tbh.

 

As for me, there's a lot of these songs I don't recognize, and I can't decide what to vote for, so hopefully one of the songs I don't know is absolutely appalling, to make my life easier. :lol:

Thong Song 2 go. Now I don't particularly like all those novelty songs myself but they're catchy at least and not utter horseshit so there's a heck of a lot should be going before them.
I'm voting Tweenies, then I'll choose between two of the lower Westlife songs. But now Tweenies!
