I gave Ed Sheeran's album a listen earlier, and it was alright. There was a bit of a gap in quality towards the middle, but it picked up towards the end with my favourite non-single - 'The City'. Great chart overall :D

Haha, I know right she looks so much like an older Jessie J :lol: I don't see it winning as I can already see three or four songs I'd put ahead in contention of it but I'd be very happy to return to the top five, glad you like it! I share your general 'meh' opinion on Coldplay as you know but they've gotten far better this year! Oh, Britney's got an X Factor slot, didn't realise :o Yes, Maria's giving Switzerland a shot! It's a really good ballad too, very Jade Ewen-esque at the end! Agreed about Pro Green and Katy Perry too!

66. It's a real grower, have you heard the Ultra Nate song? I actually like that a lot too! Did you know that ANYONE can enter the Swiss selection by just uploading a song to that website, I was so tempted to edit to three minutes and submit one of my songs but then I remembered that I'd 'released' them all before on Indiestore and MySpace. I have a few others on an old Minidisc which still sound quite good but have no idea how to transfer music from Mini Disc to a computer to make an MP3 :(

Well I do like the Avril track or else it wouldn't be charting :lol: My top 75 is culled down from a longlist of about 250 songs each week so it's an achievement to make it in the first place! Far better than the crap Smile anyway which didn't make my chart or indeed get anywhere near it...

Did you know that ANYONE can enter the Swiss selection by just uploading a song to that website, I was so tempted to edit to three minutes and submit one of my songs but then I remembered that I'd 'released' them all before on Indiestore and MySpace. I have a few others on an old Minidisc which still sound quite good but have no idea how to transfer music from Mini Disc to a computer to make an MP3 :(

3. I always make up a mock top ten for the semi I'm not voting for too, helps me when I'm debuting the songs into my chart! :lol: Overall I'd say that the two semis were of similar quality for my tastes.

13. On The Floor by J.Lo and The A Team by Ed Sheeran. Followed by a big group of Eurovision/MF songs (Sara Varga still clinging on to a top ten position!), Eric Amarillo and Sheelah as well as Moves Like Jagger quickly getting up there now too :lol:
