Well I think it's fair to say that Pixie Lott's done with Young Foolish & Happy! I can't see another single getting announced, the album will pass over 100,000 which of course is a massive under achievement, but the fact she wrote around 80% of the album will make the low sales seem less painful.

When will Pixie attempt to break America? She's been signed to Interscope for two years now and her debut album should have been released in early January! I hope she either releases a new album then attempt to crack America rather than a Ep or a Re-Release of Young, Foolish Or Happy.

She's also on Lionel Ritchie's new album, here's a preview

She wont break America. They have better female artists over there, she should just concentrate on what went wrong with YFH and put it right for the next album or she'll be left searching for a new label

It's quite obvious what went wrong with Young Foolish & Happy tbh, had the album been released after All About Tonight it could have been a totally different story. From two albums alone she's nearly sold 1million copies in the United Kingdom.

She should have easily sold 500k of this album on paper, and her worldwide sales are non existant. ABT and KTS are actually pretty good singles, so they should have pushed the sales up but it hasnt happened for her at all

Worldwide Sales Turn It Up has sold over 1million, it's sold 865,000 in the Uk.

The thing is there was nothing to save the era as the album was so poor! Had she had a Turn It Up/Boys & Girls-esque track there the era could have been saved. She needs to work on producing good material.

I guess Pixie will re-release YFH later this year - probably with a new summer single. Hopefully it will be able to get at least 200k by the time she's finished :)

Yeah I think that will be the case, she'll try and push it as much as she can as someone stated above that she wrote most of it and it will hurt her seeing it hit a brick wall like this.

She has gotta get her head down, get back into the studio and come back with a smash hit next time round

All About Tonight after 11weeks has peaked at Number 1 on Signapore Official Charts :)

Also #100 on Japanise iTunes, where the sales are the biggest! So All About Tonight should actually be her biggest selling single!

What are the actual sales figures though? I remember someone talking about Blue being number 1 in Latvia with I Can last year and its sales were just over 900
No idea, but I know Indonisia will no doubt have better sales than Latvia.

Better than 60% of her album

Also how on earth did Blackout manage to miss the album?

Over 350k, and it's by miles her biggest.

No It's Not? Mama Do & Cry Me Out are also way past the 300k mark? Boys & Girls should be around on 300,000 aswell!

I don't recall that, and on several occasions in this thread alone you've inflated sales so you know...

Indeed, I have had sales wrong. I have just re-searched Pixie's Sales and at 30th April 2010, she had sold 250,000k. Following that she remained in the top 100 for weeks to come and re-enterd the top 100 several times because of the xFactor, Cry Me Out, I guess is most likely on around 300,000.

Mama Do in April 2010 was on 302,000 (According to Vidcapper) so I am sure that will easily be passed the 300,000 mark also. With downloads happening throughout that will not have tabs on them etc....

But Yes All About Tonight will be Pixie's biggest selling single and most radio supported, I hope it can somehow pass 400,000 sales.
