November 26, 201113 yr i dont hate her ballades i actually love them but there is too many and not enough uptempo as i love her uptempos :) Ah, I see. I like her uptempos if they're like Boys & Girls, but not so much if they're like All About Tonight. :)
November 26, 201113 yr I don't get what's so wrong with this album TBH. I haven't bought it, but I've asked for it for Xmas. I listened on Spotify, however, and it was rather good. Kiss The Stars, Love You To Death and We Just Go On are the highlights, but there are some very good ones in there. There isn't too many awful unneeded ballads, at least not IMO. I love ballads and Pixie does them really well. All About Tonight and WDYTMF? don't have a patch on Love You To Death. Well in a world where Frankie Cocozza singing 'I Gotta Feeling' is good, surely Young Foolish Happy is an all-time classic?!
November 27, 201113 yr Looks set to fall out of the top 40 this week. In the most recent midweek it was down to #40 from #18 so unless it's managed to cling on then it's a dire chart run for Pixie. Edited November 27, 201113 yr by Encore

November 27, 201113 yr I absolutley love this album, it's a shame it's flopping :( Highlights for me are Stevie On The Radio, Love You To Death, Birthday, Bright Lights (Good Life), We Just Go On, Nobody Does It Better and Kiss The Stars.
November 27, 201113 yr Officially only made 1 week in the top 40 albums, (Dont know what number it is, But it's not in radio 1 top 40, Will find out after 7pm) Poor pixie tho, I love her! Shame this album as flopped badly. :( Edited November 27, 201113 yr by WithUrCher
November 27, 201113 yr Young Foolish Happy is #42 in album charts (1 week in top 40 :() and What Do You Take Me For? is also #42 in the singles chart (2 weeks in top 40) http://www.theofficialcharts.com/music-charts/ Edited November 27, 201113 yr by WithUrCher
November 27, 201113 yr 2nd era really starting to go wrong for her now after a good start with all about tonight.,
November 27, 201113 yr It could have went top 3 after All About Tonight, imagine how bigger All About Tonight could have been with more promotion though! Anyway after seeing Poor Pixie bombing down the chart I just purchased Young Foolish Happy for £6.99 From Amazon, Also Purchased On Your Radar for £4.99
November 29, 201113 yr 2nd era really starting to go wrong for her now after a good start with all about tonight., I think the weak 2nd single has obviously impacted on the album's fortunes. Kiss the stars is a much better follow up single and hopefully will help turn the album around in January but I fear it may be a little too late by then.
November 30, 201113 yr Bit late, but here's my YFH rate (listened on Spotify): 07.0 Come Get It Now 08.5 All About Tonight 08.5 What Do You Take Me For? 08.0 Nobody Does It Better 10.0 Kiss The Stars 08.5 Stevie On The Radio 09.0 Everybody Hurts Sometimes 08.0 Dancing On My Own 10.0 Love You To Death 09.5 Birthday 09.0 Bright Lights (Good Life) Part II 09.0 Perfect 09.5 You Win 10.0 We Just Go On Don't know the bonus tracks well enough. I really want to buy this, but I've got other priorities. I'm getting it for Xmas though.

'Kiss The Stars' is far worse and definitely won't save it.
December 27, 201113 yr Okay, the album really has not flopped as bad as what I expected, It's not had a good top 40 run but it's hanging around the top 100 very well and will pass 80,000+ sales next week. When Kiss The Stars gets promoted I know it will eventually pass 200,000 sales. ALBUM 3 Must be a lot better, I have no idea why her label allowed such a awful album to be shelved with a girl with so much potential in the British Market. I also believe this will re peak in the top 10.

It's just very different to what's around at the moment. With no promo, it was a doomed single.
December 27, 201113 yr xkhe0exOXuU Kiss The Stars has also been delayed.. very smart decision as it would be stupid to release now. I predict a Dancing On Ice performance!
December 28, 201113 yr I really like YFH, no idea why it's not liked among most of you. Songs like Love You To Death, Birthday, Kiss The Stars, Bright Lights (Good Life), You Win and We Just Go On are brilliant, and that's not saying the others are bad. :)

Out of the 19 songs on the album, at least 7 of them imo are fillers. It would work so much better as a 11-12track album. I would pick these songs: 01. Come Get It Now 02. All About Tonight 03. What Do You Take Me For? 04. Nobody Does It Better 05. Kiss the Stars 06. Dancing on My Own 07. Love You to Death 08. Bright Lights (Good Life), Pt. II 09. Perfect 10. Till the Sun Comes Out 11. I Throw My Hands Up 12. Black as Rain So much better...

I don't think it was a very good choice of single and it was never going to do well whether it got radio support or not. There are much better tracks on the album which she could have picked to follow up "all about tonight".

I agree with your comments..there are a lot of filler songs on the album. My favourites are all the ones you listed apart from come get it now.
