I wasn't as hot on it. This season is starting to feel a bit directionless. The whole strength of season 1 was the basic premise of Emily getting revenge on the Graysons, but now she's stopped pursuing that it feels less focused. I did love Conrad and Victoria's quite tender scenes though.

That's my point though. The big conspiracy with the Initiative is a story that's been done in countless other conspiracy dramas and it's boring. The biggest appeal of this show is seeing Emily and Victoria face off!

I like the way it's going, it's essentially becoming Dynasty (minus the in out in out in out gay song storyline) which is no bad thing *.*

All we need is a full on BITCH FIGHT a la:

and we're SET.

The return of the red marker was very welcome. Best episode in a while, hopefully it sticks to this form going forward.

Yes, same here. First have of S02 was pretty average but now I'm loving it again.

Tbh I don't know what the hell these storylines are even about anymore. Losing interest rapidly. :(
Producers of the show claim in interviews that everything will be cleared soon as regards The Initiative and the rest of the season.

I've gone off this a little this series. I've taken to recording it and just fast-forwarding to the bits with Conrad and Victoria - along with Nolan the only interesting characters in the show. Jack and Faux-Amanda - I just want them to go off to sea and then their boat sink!

As much as I did want the writers to be bold and kill off a central character...I ended up loving Amanda.

:(

So sad Fauxmanda died, she was one of my favourite characters, crazy, impulsive, unstable, but incredibly loyal, fiesty, and would do anything to protect the people she loved. She got what she wanted, a family, but it didnt last long :(

I wish it was Jack that died, he's such a boring character.

Also can we move on from the whole Initiative bullcrap? Hopefully they'll be out of the way and with Fauxmanda's death Emily will be back on her revengenda against the Graysons.

I think this was finally back on form recently and the finale was great! Couple of different directions they can go under the new showrunner next season.

Declan though

OMFG Victoria's line to Declan in episode 21 ''Declan is old enough to participate in ALL KINDS of adult activities'' FLOORED ME

I love how they just WROTE IT ALL OFF (a dream might have been more fitting for a show that is so ludicrous), but they actually managed to do it in BRILLIANT fashion and set up a totally amazing potential new crop of storylines for S3.

The finale scene(s) were really obvious, but I definitely think it's for the best in the case of the latter. I did LOL at the 'HELLO MOTHER' though, that voice is proper ridic.

Ashely was in the episode for all of five seconds and I already wanted to kick her in the face.

I know she is being written out but I hope that was the last of her.

It was quite a good episode and a lot clearer than most of season two anyway. Aiden making an appearance worries me slightly because I've never liked him eeek.

I really liked Jack's nasty scene in the diner. All in all it was a strong episode which did an excellent job of refocusing the series on Emily's initial aims. My only problem (not so much a problem actually as it quite amuses me) is that Victoria is so likable and Emily so hell bent on destroying her, I'm sure we're going to end up feeling sorry for Queen Vic and viewing Emily as the villain at some point. LOL. Thinking ahead to the end of the series, I think there are only two outcomes... the boring one, with Emily deciding revenge will destroy her, and everybody living to tell the tale, or the dark one, with Emily probably murdering Victoria and then killing herself, or something. Dig two graves, and all that.
