Same! I don't understand the presenters but I am finding them hilarious!

While I remember. Whoever was on last, Thomas? Or something. He is absolutely terrifying!

The presenters are amazing this year  I recorded both semi finals, because I have SVT :D and I have watched SF1 two times

Euphoria  I have learned the dance :kink: found the clip on vimeo as well :D

Would anyone be able to help me access some of the songs from Saturday nights heat? As I would love to re listen to some of them on my itunes.

It's got space now haha

For Phil's knowledge, princess of Ashton, Molly Sandén will be taking part in the third heat this weekend - so don't miss it! Going on immediately before her is the legend that is Andreas Johnson of FSR Rontvia :cheer:

Maybe this chance meeting of minds will serve up an opportunity for them to do a duet a la Tone/Andreas :o

GOOD GOD NO.

The Sandén must not even entertain that ghastly thought.

I'm working an early shift on Saturday so shall be in for THE SANDÉN. She's really the only one I'm watching MF2012 for :kink: DTG plsthx

Andreas has never failed to go DTG when going solo. Although I think his luck may be up this year, this looks like an insanely strong heat.

This isn't DIRECTLY related to this year's Melodifestivalen, but anybody who loves the music that it's produced should really make it a priority to watch this FANTASTIC live medley (with original artists!) they did in tribute to the producer of the show, Christer Björkman, last week at the QX Awards. Wall-to-wall brilliance!

Running order:

Shirley Clamp – Min kärlek (2nd, MF 2004)

Love Generation – Dance Alone (AC, MF 2011)

Andreas Johnson – Sing For Me (3rd, MF 2006)

Sarek – Genom eld och vatten (6th, MF 2003)

Sanna Nielsen – Hela världen för mig (5th, MF 2003)

Linda Bengtzing – Jag ljuger så bra (7th, MF 2006)

Afro-Dite – Never Let It Go (1st, MF 2002)

Jenny Silver – Something In Your Eyes (AC, MF 2011)

Malena Ernman – La Voix (1st, MF 2009)

Swingfly – Me & My Drum (5th, MF 2011)

Måns Zelmerlöw – Cara Mia (3rd, MF 2007)

Charlotte Perrelli – Hero (1st, MF 2008)

Interesting to see no representatives from 2005 in there! I'd have thought Håll om mig would've been a shoo-in, or maybe Alcastar. Not surprised nothing from 2010 made it in, and I guess Lena and Carola must have been busy.

How delightfully Schlagertastic! I loved that Christer was singing away to all the songs and his reaction to the three winners especially.

Also, Mans singing Hero was brilliance. He needs to release another album asap/he better be in MF2013.

Andreas Johnson's newie is being compared to Suede's Beautiful Ones? Lets see how long it takes Suedehead and Brett-Butler to sniff out this thread :o They're never far behind when Suede are mentioned!

Also, these two are SURELY going to provide the hot mess collaboration of the year;
