tbh... i have not a clue what will happen when fidel DOES die.

 

well power has been handed over to his bro, but he's ancient as well. so there might be a huge power struggle, or might end up going into loads of fighting across the island as all the gangstas try to take control.

 

would love to go to cuba. it will be changed

Whoever takes over will likely be helped out by Morales (Bolivia) and Chavez (Venezuela), so I cant see Communism ending any time soon in Cuba to be honest with or without Castro. Cuba's stable, the people there mostly like what's going on (I reckon they kinda like their free healthcare which is second to none in the entire world and makes our NHS look absolute c**p...). The destabilizing influence is all these Cuban/American types in Florida who are descended from all the criminals and those who supported the incredibly nasty Battista regime that Castro and followers kicked out...
