why are they in it? They are NOT in europe!

They are part of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) so they are allowed. Russia are also in it they're not really in Europe either and Lebanon were going to enter last year :rolleyes: Anyone in the EBU can enter, so if Australia were in it, they could enter believe it or not.
