Commentary : D'Banj retains the top spot for a fourth straight week making "Oliver Twist" the longest running chart topper of the year to date .... it is also currently the top played song on Pan African radio. There are four new entries this week with the highest being from French Canadian rock band Simple Plan, a group who have enjoyed international success with more than 10 singles since 2002 but have their first hit with me with "Astranaut". Just below at 14 is Italian singer Tiziano Ferro who would have charted with me in 2001 with his first single "Perdono" and then in 2006 with "Stop Dimentica" his most successful releases in his career to date. "La Differenza entre te e me" is currently near the top of the Italian charts and is the second highest new entry for me this week. At 18 is Swedish rock group Takida who returns to my chart with a rock ballad "You Learn".... in 2008 "Curly Sue" was for me the best song of the year and it stills holds the record for charting for the most number of weeks in Swedish music history. Finally at 20 is Danish electro-pop act Electric Lady Lab with "Touch me" which samples Aha's "The Sun always shines on TV".
