Her voice, sincerity, sense of humour, kindness and the way she connects with people. She makes u feel special when u are in the audience. Dunno how she does it but I love it.

Her voice. The way she can hit those high notes.

Her personality... she's always soo nice and funny and loves to talk. Her voice of course as well.. I'd love to mention her songs too but the're not written by herself soo that doesn't really count I think.

her strength is that she can make other people's songs sound like they were written by her. she adds a personal touch to it.

Her voice, definitely :heart: Even her worst songs are listenable just because of her voice :lol:

 

I love the high notes but mostly the emotion she puts into her songs, for example A New Day Has Come :wub:
