Ignore Pavel's comments, I've heard Ed sing 'The A Team' many times and survived. However, I did listen to Frankie (X Factor) attempt to sing the song - that nearly sent me into a coma. Well, it nearly sent the music industry into a coma to be honest. :kink: I think 'Lego House' is excellent although the video has kinda helped me adore the song more. 2. Florence + The Machine - Shake It Out (Re-entry) (CR-40-19-13-7-12-21-OUT-2) Yes!!! :D 'Shake It Out' has had a relatively un-Hits style chart run so far going 16-16-12-18-15-? Without giving too much away, this is definitely heading for my top 10 this weekend. :o 3. Rihanna feat Calvin Harris - We Found Love (2) (CR-21-4-3-4-7-5-2-3) Still love this song. Calvin Harris' best production since his 'Ready For The Weekend' album. A shame he never though of keeping his for his own album and releasing this as the lead single instead of the limp 'Bounce'. Actually, I wonder if this will appear on Calvin Harris' new album? I'd be surprised if it isn't considering how massive this song is. 8. Lana Del Rey - Video Games (11) (CR-15-8-13-29-OUT-37-27-8-5-6-9-14-11-8) Great to see this holding up well. I'm still hoping 'Video Games' can somehow return to the UK top 10. Maybe it might be worth reducing the price to 59p. It did wonders for Will Young 'Jealousy'. 10. Will Young - Come On (10) (CR-48-37-29-45-OUT-23-14-12-10-10) Speaking of Will Young, this is sitting pretty at the top of my Pre-Release chart. Another fine choice of single and the video is brilliant. It's a shame that Will doesn't have that singles selling power that he had post-Pop Idol win. I'm just glad he's successfully sustained a career for 10 years. 34. Flo Rida - Good Feeling (NEW) (CR-34) This has really grown on me over the last 2 weeks. Prior to that when I first heard it, I liked it but nothing more. However, it's gradually been growing on me. Now I think it's a great track - probably not quite worthy of being a #1 for me but top 5 is a possibility. Quite a few tracks here I've not heard. The Madonna track should be interesting. I heard she was working with William Orbit on her next album. Is it true?

Ignore Pavel's comments, I've heard Ed sing 'The A Team' many times and survived. However, I did listen to Frankie (X Factor) attempt to sing the song - that nearly sent me into a coma. Well, it nearly sent the music industry into a coma to be honest. :kink: I think 'Lego House' is excellent although the video has kinda helped me adore the song more. 2. Florence + The Machine - Shake It Out (Re-entry) (CR-40-19-13-7-12-21-OUT-2) Yes!!! :D 'Shake It Out' has had a relatively un-Hits style chart run so far going 16-16-12-18-15-? Without giving too much away, this is definitely heading for my top 10 this weekend. :o 3. Rihanna feat Calvin Harris - We Found Love (2) (CR-21-4-3-4-7-5-2-3) Still love this song. Calvin Harris' best production since his 'Ready For The Weekend' album. A shame he never though of keeping his for his own album and releasing this as the lead single instead of the limp 'Bounce'. Actually, I wonder if this will appear on Calvin Harris' new album? I'd be surprised if it isn't considering how massive this song is. 8. Lana Del Rey - Video Games (11) (CR-15-8-13-29-OUT-37-27-8-5-6-9-14-11-8) Great to see this holding up well. I'm still hoping 'Video Games' can somehow return to the UK top 10. Maybe it might be worth reducing the price to 59p. It did wonders for Will Young 'Jealousy'. 10. Will Young - Come On (10) (CR-48-37-29-45-OUT-23-14-12-10-10) Speaking of Will Young, this is sitting pretty at the top of my Pre-Release chart. Another fine choice of single and the video is brilliant. It's a shame that Will doesn't have that singles selling power that he had post-Pop Idol win. I'm just glad he's successfully sustained a career for 10 years. 34. Flo Rida - Good Feeling (NEW) (CR-34) This has really grown on me over the last 2 weeks. Prior to that when I first heard it, I liked it but nothing more. However, it's gradually been growing on me. Now I think it's a great track - probably not quite worthy of being a #1 for me but top 5 is a possibility. Quite a few tracks here I've not heard. The Madonna track should be interesting. I heard she was working with William Orbit on her next album. Is it true? Thanks Hits! 1. Lego House is excellent, I really can't praise Ed enough and his video concepts are always great, it's definitely one of the more thought provoking and interesting music videos of 2011. 2. November 12, 201113 yr Thanks Tom, really glad Lego House and Ed in general is growing on you - I'd recommend the album, it's more along the lines of The A Team and Lego House than You Need Me, I Don't Need You...indeed Florence's X Factor performance was something special, really made me love the song! Glad to see Video Games finally clicked with you, it really is a stunning song. Moves Like Jagger just won't let me go, I still listen to and love it so much :lol: What Doesn't Kill You is classic Kelly, very Breakaway era type song. Not seen the Wonders video yet no, loving the song more with each listen though and yep My Shadow is my favourite of the album tracks so far although nothing tops Magic for me. Set You Free isn't the best ballad cover ever but I do like it, not sure that it'll be a UK hit though... Nice to see somebody else liking the Madonna track, it's really catchy! :wub: I'll get the Take That DVD too, Eight Letters has always been one of my favourites on the album! I wouldn't call Overtime strong enough for BJSC but it's decent, dare I send Shackles again? :lol: I'm no Cher Lloyd stan but her album is really strong imo, it's more or less a direct cover of the Carolina Liar song but with her singing the majority of it - give it a listen! I will check it out, I heard a song off it the other day called Little Bump that I rather liked as it reminded me of one of my friends :lol: Good to hear :) Yes, beautiful performance, if a bit Sertab :lol: Yeah, it's really good, and I'm quite xcited for the album too now. Me too, still in my top 10 and I can't see it leaving before Christmas :lol: Yeah I know what you mean, though I think it's the dancey element that makes me really like it. The Wonders video is, well, wonderful really :lol: My Shadow is good but my fav album track is Conquest :wub: And yes M.A.G.I.C. (wonder where it lost the initials?) is hard to beat :heart: I can't see SYF being that big, maybe it will go top 100ish at Christmas, maybe if it was for charity, or they got Amelia Lily to sing on it (how ridiculous is this year's X Factor btw!) Yeah, it sounds like Music meets Hard Candy to me, which is just fine and dandy :) It never did THAT much for me, but I want the DVD cos I was there basically (though if I'm not wrong it was filmed in Manchester? Yeah, I'm not sure how it would do but IMHO it's a lot stronger than Breaking The Silence. OK, will do, the fact that their name and some of their vocals is still on it suggests that they should get some kind of promotion in 2012 (a very good thing :wub:)

Plus another decent Wanted song. Woo!

Lana Del Rey - Video Games (11) (CR-15-8-13-29-OUT-37-27-8-5-6-9-14-11-8) It's so nice to see this sticking around, perhaps suggesting that the public occasionally have good taste - I don't think it's still totally broken through, so there may be even more life in it yet! I love Blue Jeans more though, I have to say. 11. Kelly Clarkson - What Doesn't Kill You (Stronger) (7) (CR-55-OUT-23-13-7-11) Very much from the KC mould, but one of the finest examples of it in years for me. Should've led the campaign really! 14. The Sound Of Arrows - Wonders (29) (CR-36-29-14) I've never been much of a fan, but the album is actually rather good - I'll certainly purchase it when it comes down in price. 22. Cher Lloyd feat Carolina Liar - Beautiful People (NEW) (CR-22) Who knew she'd come out with such a beautiful song? I am really impressed with the album, I must say. 24. The Wanted - Invincible (NEW) (CR-24) And with this album! A really nice mixture of ballad-style singing and more synth-tastic production, exactly my sort of thing. Excellent stuff as ever! :cheer:
