Natasha is going to be singing her version of the song ‘Shake Up Christmas 2011’ for this year’s iconic Coca Cola Christmas TV advert.

 

The ad will be on UK TV screens from the 10th December, but as Natasha also performed the track in various other languages, fans around the world should watch out for it too!

 

Natasha says, “I feel like this campaign speaks to me personally, since my career often takes me out on the road, which makes me cherish those precious moments with friends and family that much more.”

Like this a lot :D It's weird how she seems to have maintained a career in the US despite fading into obscurity here... Any idea what other languages she recorded it in btw? I'm a sucker for a foreign language version :)

This was released on the 17th november, dont know why it isnt getting played until the 10th december?!

I think the traditional Coca Cola ad is so popular over here (with the trucks, holidays are coming etc) that they want to let people enjoy that for a while, as far as I'm aware that has been completely scrapped in the US now.

 

By the way she has apparently recorded it in French, Spanish, Ukranian (!), Swahili (?!) and Tagalog (?!?!?!?) as well as English. And plus there's this duet with this Romanian guy...
